Where Do We Ship From
EXHOBBY ships orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC from our United States and China warehouses, depending on product availability.
We also ship products to United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines from our China warehouse.

United States
United States warehouse delivery estimate: 2 to 6 business days. China warehouse delivery estimate: 10 to 15 business days.
The USD $79.99 free-shipping threshold is calculated on the whole discounted, pre-tax merchandise subtotal, even when items ship from more than one warehouse. Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward the threshold.
United States shipping coverage is limited to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and Armed Forces addresses are excluded.

Shipping Time
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
All items sold at EXHOBBY are guaranteed to be delivered in 30 days.
If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3.Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond EXhobby's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
Missing Or Damaged Shipments
Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received. Additionally, orders shipping from different warehouses may arrive on different days.
Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.
