Shipping
Yes, we ship to countries all over the world. Please email us at support@exhobby.com if you need to ship to other country which is unable to purchase online.
If products are shipped from USA, you will receive your order probably within a week. Products shipped from overseas usually taeks about 10 to 20 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers including local courier partners.

In order to get our discount code, you have to subscribe our newsletter. After subscribing, you will receive two emails, one for confirmation, another for the code. Click "yes, I want to subscribe" to confirm and then you will receive another email with the code.

Product
You can take some photos or a short video showing the content of the package you received and send them to support@exhobby.com Please also include your order number and a photo of the shipping label. We will do our best to assist you ASAP.

Please plug in the battery on the plane/boat FIRST, and then within 3-5 second, turn on the transmitter. You products will automatically bind.
